A dormant account is a Current or Savings Account which status changes from active to dormant due to the lack of debit/credit transactions conducted by the Customer for 12 (twelve) consecutive months. All debit transactions cannot be performed, while some credit transactions are limited to protect dormant accounts. Client can request for activation to continue performing transactions using the account.
