How to access the DBSI 24 Hour DBSI Customer Center

Customers can contact the DBSI Customer Center on number 📱 08041500327 or ☎ +622129852888 (from outside Indonesia), by following the steps below:

  1. For lost card, press 1.
  2. For digibank Credit Card or digibank Cashline press 2.
  3. For DBS KTA or digibank KTA, press 3.
  4. For the mobile banking digibank by DBS or digibank savings account, press 4.
  5. For Customer Service Officer assistance press 0.

After the customer presses option 2, 3 or 4, customer will be asked to enter the digibank credit card number/digibank Cashline/digibank savings account/DBS KTA/digibank KTA or eKTP number.

If the customer selects 0 to talk to the Customer Service Officer (CSO), then the customer will be asked to:

  1. Press 1 for digibank Credit Card or digibank Cashline.
  2. Press 2 for DBS KTA or digibank KTA.
  3. Press 3 for digibank app or digibank savings account

Next, the customer will be connected to the CSO at the DBSI Customer Center service.

Bank DBS Indonesia has DBSI Customer Center service hours (starting) from 07.00 AM until 00.00 AM WIB.

Our 24-hour service only serve for lost card report, blocking and fraud report, for both debit and credit cards.

For other services outside the service hours, customer can request thru live chat via digibank Applications by DBS. Customers can continue to access other banking services on the digibank application by DBS.
