Your relationship manager will assist you with the following forms:
- Registration / Maintenance Form for Virtual Account services
- Registration / Maintenance Form for IDEAL to receive your daily Virtual Account reports
- Registration Form for IDEAL eReports to receive your SMS or Email alerts
No account opening application form is required for Virtual Accounts, as it is not a physical bank account, but a service that makes use of your existing master account. You will only need to register for this service and you can start to create and assign Virtual Accounts to your paying customers.
How many VA numbers can I create? | |
You can create as many Virtual Account numbers as required for your business. Each Virtual Account number has 16 digits and you can customise the last 12 digits. |
