Claim Calculation SimulationOn December 30, 2022, fire occurred in Bapak AD’s home. Upon the incident, Mr. AD suffered Rp 50,000,000 loss. Mr. AD submitted a claim and equipped with related documents. Refer to the fact that the damage that occurs is included in the policy and based on claim analysis, then Chubb will pay Mr. AD claim with the following calculations:

Fire Loss	:	Rp50.000.000
Own risk	:	Nil
Total claim paid to Bapak AD	:	Rp50.000.000

Expense

The premium paid by the Insured includes the cost of service/return services to the Bank of 15% (including tax) in the framework of Simply Home Platinum insurance products marketing.Administrative and stamp duty of Rp10.000. All costs charged to customers will refer to policy provisions including but not limited to commission costs for the Bank.

Risks

The Insured is not entitled to the benefits of this policy if the risk that occurs is included in the policy exclusions, both in special exceptions and general exceptions. If the Insured provides incorrect or wrong information, then PT Chubb General Insurance ("Chubb General") can reduce or decline the claims submitted.
