QRIS stands for Quick Response Indonesia Standard code, offers an enhance technology for the customer’s collection and reconciliation requirement, especially for fast-real time collection transaction activities that only requires scan and pay from the buyer. With QRIS, DBS is also a part of the digital cashless ecosystem 2025 that was launched by Central Bank of Indonesia in 2019.
QRIS was launched in August 2019 by Bank Indonesia, with nationwide implementation in January 2020 in Indonesia to standardize the QR Payments in Indonesia. QRIS allows interoperability among Participants that include both Banks and Non-Bank
