What is digibank Digital Credit Card?

digibank Digital Credit Card is a non-physical credit card that can only be accessed via digibank by DBS App in your smartphone. digibank Digital Credit Card will ease your shopping experience by registering your digibank Digital Credit Card to an e-wallet or to your favorite e-commerce. digibank Digital Credit Card can be use instantly after your verification is success, where the application process will only take 60 seconds and you don’t have to wait your digibank Physical Credit Card to be sent first, in addition, digibank Digital Credit Card doesn’t need to be activated.

Will I still receive digibank Physical Credit Card?

You will still receive digibank Physical Credit Card which is a plastic credit card that you need to activate first before using it to do an online transaction, offline transaction, and to do a withdrawal at an ATM. digibank Physical Credit Card will be sent to your choice of address when you applied your Credit Card via online and you will receive it approximately 14 workdays after your card approved. Your digibank Digital and Physical Credit Card have different card number, so you can use both at once.

What is digibank Digital Credit Card Spending Limit?

Your digibank Digital Credit Card’s limit is a part of your digibank Physical Credit Card’s limit. Your digibank Physical Credit Card’s limit is called Combined Credit Limit which you can use to transact and do a withdrawal at an ATM. Whereas, your digibank Digital Credit Card’s limit is called Spending Limit which you can adjust as you wish via digibank by DBS App, and you can use to shop. Illustration 1:

Your digibank Physical Credit Card’s Combined Credit Limit is IDR10,000,000
Your digibank Digital Credit Card’s Spending Limit is IDR2,000,000
You can use your digibank Digital Credit Card at a maximum IDr2,000,000 per month.
If you use your digibank Digital Credit Card to transact above IDR2,000,000, your transaction will be declined.

As of now, digibank Digital Credit Card is only available to new customer who haven’t had any products from DBS. For applying, new customer can access DBS’s website to see which digibank Credit Card that have Digital Credit Card feature.

For digibank Digital Credit Card, you won’t be paying additional annual fee. You only need to pay annual fee for your digibank Physical Credit Card (primary card and supplementary card, if any).
